The right buttons

There are two kinds of people in the world: you, and everyone else.
The big difference? You are the only one hooked up the way you are, and everyone else isn’t.

Leadership isn’t about finding the right buttons to push so everyone works to the same specification. Leadership is bringing the talents to the table and working work out together how to do things that would otherwise be impossible – and in a way that keeps all of us engaged and working towards goals we care about.
