Have we broken things down? I know that we know what we want to achieve, but is that objective enough or do we need to go into detail about milestones, and then sort out our best guess on what needs to happen to hit the milestones, and then take an even closer look at who will do what, specifically, to make sure we get off to a good start and have a higher than maybe chance of nailing the first milestone together, aligned, on time and within budget? What can we do now and in the immediate planning phase that will mean this project will be the project we use as an example of how projects should be set up and managed?
