You can’t say

If you can’t say what you want, you may as well start anywhere and follow any course that strikes you in the moment. Left then right then left then right. North then south then north then south. Doesn’t matter. Whatever keeps the wheels turning (assuming you want that) is good enough – wherever it take you, even if it takes you exactly where you started.
If you can say what you want, alrighty then. If you want that, then you probably have to do this and this and this, and go via here and here and here. Now we have a plan. Now we have something to do and a way of measuring progress. Now we can pull everyone together and explain the where and the how of the thing.
All it takes is making that first decision. Everything flows from there.
