Model malaise
Someone read a book.
They saw a model.
Applied it exactly.
Not too much thought.
Shoe-horning what-it’s-like-around-here into a bad fit.
They presented it blind and rammed it down throats.
No one really bought in. (Not even the shoe-horner)
It distracted. It confused. It misled.
Malaise set in.
Skippy Strategy: Gather your team. Build your own model. Use a starter if you like, but no shoe-horning allowed. Trim for fine understanding and control.
