Outside voices

It’s so incredibly easy to be busy, working in your team on things you want to work on, and shut the door to outside voices. Voices that might challenge and disagree, voices that might help you see through your assumptions, give broader perspective or deeper insight into the battles you’re fighting and decisions your wrestling.
It’s also incredibly easy to break the mould. To get out there. Talk to customers and prospects, engage with investors and advisors, meet with other leaders in similar positions breaking down barriers and jumping hurdles just like you.
You’ll find them at coffee shops, in every corner of every business event, standing in line at the sandwich shop. Ask around. Who can you talk to? Who can break open your thinking and add value with a different approach?
