One final though before setting off on another year; we’re probably doing quite a lot of goal setting, some meeting, maybe some inspiring, some extemporising and a decent amount of explaining when we have to, but are we doing enough teaching? Not expecting people to work things out on their own, but showing them what we mean, and how to think or do something?
