Make promises you can keep, keep those promises, bring in more cash than the whole thing costs, and ensure you have a team who are willing and able to do it all again the next time around.
Which means, keep the customer in mind, do things that add value, keep everyone working for the greater outcome and not just in an exchange of time for money.
