It’s possible there’s a perfect time. When the stars will align and the receptiveness quotient will be at an all time high, when they’ve had a perfect breakfast, a smiling send-off from their significant other, and their feelings towards their previous status quo has been rocked by another unforgettable mishap. It’s possible. Some people wait for it.
For the rest of us, we should get on with it. Set ourselves up with the best seeds we can and do our best to prepare the ground so it’s ready when the season comes … and then sow.
Timing can help, and hinder. There is definitely a wrong time – spring may well be better than autumn. Just don’t wait for perfection within the window. Do whatever preparation you have to, pick a day and get out with the sun.
