Further behind

When you do what you do it’s likely you fall into the habit of doing what you do in the way that you do it.

Which can be a good thing. Consistency is the beginning of meeting expectations and a pathway to mastery.

It can also be a bad thing. When you settle into doing things that are good enough, or were once good enough, whilst the world turns and slowly, every so slowly, you get left a little bit further behind every day until you’re deep in the middle of the bell curve of mediocrity.

Choose one thing that you do, kick the good-enough habits and do it better.

Do. It. Better.

Better than last year, better than yesterday, better than you or anyone around you expects of you tomorrow.

Make it a strength.

Make it the foundation of another better.

Skippy strategy: Kick the good-enough habit.
