It’s about people

Tanks

The idea behind partnerships is that each party brings their talents to the table, shares in risk and upside, and makes life better for the others.

It’s a smart idea.

Reality is a bit more challenging, the road is bumpy, and the variables endless. Each side trying to work out contribution and relative strength, cash and opportunity cost, benefit, potential, conflict of interest, existing alliances, mechanics, logistics, governance. Every line of detail.

And all the time.

Right there.

In your face.

Do I trust these people? Can I work with them? What will they be like when the fan takes a hit?
