Mix with care

You still have to build the team and give them the wherewithal to take advantage of the gifts of the situation in which you find yourselves. All the resources, sure. The everyday kind – of funding and time and motivated colleagues. The rarer kind – a team who trust each other enough to want to be held accountable. Rarer still – the vision and focus and commitment with enough freedom to explore boundaries and enough safety to ensure they do.
Luck is one of the ingredients. It’s a universal accellerator.
Just don’t wait. Pull the other ingredients together, mix with care. Get ready and you might not need it.
