The everyday kind – of funding and time and motivated colleagues. The rarer kind – a team who trust each other enough to want to be held accountable. Rarer still – the vision and focus and commitment with enough freedom to explore boundaries and enough safety to ensure they do.
Luck is one of the ingredients. It’s a universal accellerator.
