Face time
If you spend most of your time sitting on our own with a screen for company it’s easy to get used to working things out on your own. And self-sufficiency is good.
Problem is … it’s a team sport. And all that self-reliance can make us indifferent to spending time in a room, working things out together.
Won’t a email or phone or Skype do the job?
Most of the time, yes.

Nothing works like real-life face-time for … building relationships, holding them together, sorting things quickly, minimising miscommunications, respecting complex problems, dealing with anstiness.
The tougher the stuff, the less use the technology, the more use a table and whiteboard.
