Sure, this stuff can be systematised and built into the programme. And when that’s true, we smile and accept it as a standard that should be standard, but most times it’s about the person. The one who goes that little bit further, who adds an extra step, who knows how they like to be treated and treats everyone else exactly like that. And again, when that’s true, we smile.
Go the extra mile too. Acknowledge the excellence, the preparation, the effort with a thank you. Put it into your smile and your words and the light you shine on them.
