Repeat

The first trick is to come up with a compelling proposition. Then the merry road that wriggles from idea to concept to pilot to launch. With any luck, marketing works and customers queue.

So far so start-up.

Then the real work begins.

Delivery.

Today.

Tomorrow.

The next.

Without consistent delivery, word gets around, and marketing won’t help.

Work out what works. Do more of that. Again and again and again.
