Committed?

Coffee

It’s a lot easier to talk about it than actually do it. Far less committed.

I’ll send the contract, let’s have coffee next time we’re in town, we’re just changing some details, we’ll get back to you, the prototype will be ready in September, we’ll schedule it into the work plan, there’s a cheque run next week.

Could be true. They might believe you.

But better … show them the draft, compare diaries right now, put it in writing, schedule a time, lay out the drawings, open the schedule, transfer the cash electronically.

Give and get commitment – less wiggle, more action.

Skippy Strategy: Get in the habit of removing ambiguity.
